Mesmerising colors and elegant cuts is what this brand is all about. A touch of sequins here, a dash of color there and you get something unique out of it, just like the brand itself!

I’ve been meaning to do a feature on Limelight for quite some time now, but didn’t get the time to get around to it until today when I was planning to order yet another batch of their products.
Limelight is a Prêt brand offering a variety of clothing, shoes, accessories and much more. The best part however is their pricing, which is pretty affordable and a little below the scale than our average retail brands. Let’s have a look at what they have in store:
Don’t we all love a nice pair of pumps? Aren’t we all slaves to these high heeled murderers? Wouldn’t we all kill for shoes that would make a statement? If you answered “yes” to any one or more of these questions, then you know you’re at the right place!
Today, we’re talking about printed pumps, which happen to be one of my favourite trending fashion items! Pumps are a wardrobe staple for most women in my opinion, they’re classy with just the right amount of humbleness. Wanna pep up your style without going overboard? Just slip in your feet into your favourite pair of printed pumps ad there you go!
Considering the popularity of retail fashion in Pakistani market, we can’t leave these clothing labels out when it comes to Eid fashion. Here are some of the best collections that came out this time around based on their quality, pricing, availability and everything else you could ask for!
Fab, fabulous, fabulousness. That’s TGIF summed up in three words.
We had a little one on one with Zainab Masood – The creator of Thank God I’m Fabulous about the brand, her inspirations and the Eid collection that was completely sold out on their first exhibition. Kudos to that!
TGIF is a fun, fashion-forward and alternative clothing label. Centred around bold illustrated tops in quirky prints and statement colors, TGIF isn’t for the faint-hearted! Featuring a superb range of edgy and unique graphic prints, here you will see a lot of love for comics, retro pin-ups, vintage and kitschy oddities and desi pop art- along with a number of other things that are sure to make you happy!
If you have a twisted sense of humor and like alternative fashion, you will fit right in with TGIF Continue reading →
My first thought about the collection was; vintage with a little show of skin are the perfect ingredients for a hit collection.
Tatmain was bringing sexy back, literally, with the cutwork back jumpsuit. However, my favorite pieces were the saree worn by Fauzia and the choli worn by Saba Sikander. One of the reasons why I liked Zari’s debut collection “Plush”, was the excessive use of corals, which happens to be one of my favorite colors. Even though I think she could have made use of a variety of prints instead of that one particular floral that she used to make skirts, blouses, tops, dresses & God knows what not!
Metal studs, spikes and shutter glasses were the highlight of Deepak n Fahad‘s collection, and I can’t say I didn’t love it. “Metallistic” comprised of earthy tones and funky accessories with a touch of metal here and there; the outcome was a chic collection that was unique yet wearable.
I was so intrigued that I couldn’t stop myself from asking the talented designers where they got the shutter glasses from, in reply to which Fahad said:
